Needed to replace the starter control on my Bench Cutter and keep it on site,contacted Fiona at Crompton Controls problem solved excellent Proffesional advice,whent the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and dispatched it as soon as, nothing was to much trouble.

Crompton is one of the long established British control gear manufacturers. I have used them for years. I rather stupidly dropped an overload/breaker and managed to break the little spring loaded clip that fixes on to the top hat rail. I had only just bought the contactor and didn't want to buy another Took a chance and was able to e-mail Crompton who responded by return, I explained the problem they found a the bottom part of a spare black housing complete with retaining clip and posted it first class.
