Throughout November our team have come together to support Wakefield Street Kitchen a charitable organisation based in Wakefield offering food, clothing and support to the homeless and all those in need in and around the West Yorkshire cathedral city. The dedicated volunteers at WSK run a food bank and a ‘meals on wheels’ service where hot, nutritious meals are delivered to local people. Our little elves at Crompton Controls have been busy donating food, warm clothing, toiletries, and gifts and yesterday Paul in our despatch department helped send them on their way. At Crompton Controls we are committed to Nett-Zero Sustainability and as part of the programme we are proud to announce that our current vehicle fleet consists 100% of Electric Vehicles. The decision to go fully electric was set in motion two years ago, but now our last diesel car has left the fleet we can proudly announce this achievement.
